Sequel to the invitation received from the host school, RAHMAH COLLEGE, our students have been tasked with the responsibility of channeling their creative imaginations into physical and useful systems to advance the purpose of humanity. But it was no mean feat coming up with and putting the project together. The brain behind the project or the initiator being Abdullah Ibrahim one of our numerous intelligent students. The project was conceived at about 12pm on the 23rd of May, 2023 in the physics laboratory with the help of the School science teach Mr. Bello Ismail M. The materials for the project were sourced locally and bought for varying amounts of money. Here is a list of some of the materials used;

1. Syringes

2. Popsicle sticks

3. Aquarium hose

4. Carton

5. Super glue

6. Toothpicks and some other materials.

PRINCIPLE OF OPERATIONS: The project is based on the principle of hydraulic that uses the power fluids to transmit energy.

CONSTRUCTION OF THE PROJECT: The carton forms the major components of the project. It was cut to form the base, the Arm, the claws and the control center. The adhesive was used to put the parts together, the aquarium hose serves as the channel to transmit the energy while the syringes houses the fluids. The syringes were calibrated accordingly to aid the easy control of the system. The project was meticulously completed on the 25th of May at about 11:27am by a group of our resilient students with oversight from Calculus Comprehensive college. Five representatives amongst Calculus Comprehensive College students were chosen to showcase the exquisitely designed science project which has an important impact and bearing in the practical world at Rahmah College. The students are;

RESULTS: During and after the presentation of the project,accolades and encomiums were pouring in all directions from both the spectators and the judges. Therefore, there was no denning Calculus Comprehensive College it’s rightful place as the pace setter in quality and Comprehensive education.
